Since having his Carnegie Hall debut at the early age of 19, David Schofield has had numerous engagements across the United Kingdom, Europe, Ukraine, United States of America and Canada. Known for his fresh and colourful interpretations of the piano repertoire, partnered with his unrivalled youthful energy and personality, David has been described as the British version of Lang Lang and the pianist equivalent of Nigel Kennedy. His unique approach to the piano repertoire, saying “anyone can enjoy this music”, has meant his music has reached a diverse range of people from the best concert pianists in the world, to well-known TV personalities/actors including Sir Roger Moore, stars from popular TV soaps, Athletes and Presenters.
